IN OUR STUDIO (2524 GOLF RD, STE 2C, Eau Claire, WI 54701)
ADULT PRIVATE PARTIES (at our studio) You need at least 10 painters if you hold it in our studio (2524 Golf Rd Eau Claire). It is a two-hour party/class. Our studio seats around 48 comfortably. There is a deposit due one week after booking the party, to hold the date. The deposit is paying for the minimum number of painters. Check, cash or Venmo is preferred (to avoid fees) and can be made out to THE PAINT SHACK LLC and mailed or dropped off at The Paint Shack, 2524 Golf Rd Suite 2C, Eau Claire WI 54701. We have a drop box just outside the outside door available 24/7. We will settle up with any additional money at the party. $35 pp to paint on a 16x 20 canvas. $50pp for our wood board projects. $40pp for our screens. You may bring in any food or NON-Alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages are for sale at the studio! All parties/classes are two hours plus you may arrive 25 minutes prior to set up anything. If you wish to rent the studio for extra time, please set this up in advance. If you are planning on bringing in food for the drying break (usually 30 minutes into the time) you may also wish to bring in two table cloths for your eating tables. Amounts $200 plus will be charged a 3% fee when using a credit card.
KID PRIVATE PARTIES (17 and under) (at our studio) You need at least 10 painters if you hold it in our studio. It is a two-hour party/class with time for snacks and present opening while the paint dries. It is $22 pp to paint on an 11×14 or 12×12 canvas or $35 to paint on a 16×20 canvas in our studio (2524 Golf Rd, EC). Adults painting at a kids party cost $25pp. You may arrive 25 minutes prior to set up anything. If you wish to rent the studio for extra time, please set this up in advance. ** Here is a typical checklist for a regular birthday party at our studio… *
- Snack or food to serve 20-30 minutes into the party (we need this drying break)
- Plates, forks, serving utensils, napkins, themed table plastic for the eating tables (we have 6-foot tables) Usually two table cloths work. I can throw clean paper down, but it is not pretty, just clean.
- Drinks (no alcoholic drinks can be brought in). We do sell a variety of juice boxes and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Cake or cupcakes (we do have a freezer available for ice cream if you need) – candles, matches, serving utensils. Please no trick candles.. long story!
- Presents for the birthday child. Several have collected gifts for the animal shelter instead of regular gifts.
- Please have party participants dress appropriately, they may get paint on them or their clothes. We do provide aprons. Hair tied back is an excellent idea!
- We will take pictures throughout and post them. We do not put any names of the participants in our posts. If you do not wish us to do this, please let us know in advance.
Private parties at your house or venue…

Deposit is paying for the required minimum number of painters and due one week after booking your date. Checks, cash or Venmo are preferred forms of payment and can be made out to THE PAINT SHACK LLC and mailed or dropped off at The Paint Shack, 2524 Golf Rd Suite 2C, Eau Claire WI 54701. We have a drop box just outside the outside door available 24/7. We will settle up with any additional money at the party. It is $40 pp to paint on a 16x 20 canvas, $55pp for our wood board projects, $40pp for our screens. All parties/classes are two hours. Our Social Artist will arrive around 30-45 minutes prior to set up and take around 30 minutes to clean up. If you wish to have the artist stay for more than the two hours, please set this up in advance, there will be an extra charge for their time. For all parties we bring: easels, table plastic, water cups, paint, palettes, brushes, aprons, the painting surface, rags and the inspiration piece of art. Please have your participants ready to go at the set time. All classes are two hours. Amounts $200 plus will be charged a 3% fee when using a credit card.

0-15 miles from the studio – 12 painters
16-25 miles from the studio – 15 painters
26- 35 miles from the studio – 20 painters
36-45 miles from the studio – 25 painters
**You supply: access to water, tables, and chairs, any floor covering if you wish – keeping in mind this is sometimes a trip hazard. The Paint Shack is not liable for any accidents regarding floor coverings. Any rental fee for the facility is your responsibility. The best set up formation is a T, with a table for The Social Artist at the top of the T. FYI there is NO fee for the rental of our Studio (2524 Golf Rd EC).

1. Kid Canvas Party- 11×14/12×12 for $22pp, minimum 10 (max 36) 2 hours (time for food and present opening).
2. Splatter Room Party- prices start at $25pp no minimum (12 max). Party takes 1 hour. If you have 6 paid, you can have the second hour free in the room for presents, food and games.
3. Tie Dye T-shirt Party with cloud dough/slime or bath bombs – $30pp, minimum 8 (14 max). 2 hour party (time for food and present opening).
4. Squishmallow Party – 11×14 and 5inch Squishmallow supplied for $35pp, minimum 10 (max 18) 2 hours. We offer mystery bags with 40 different possibilities of fun Squishmallows. They of course get to take their painting and new Squishy friend home (time for food and present opening).
5. Shattered Art – prices start at $20pp, depends on the size you choose. Minimum 10 (max 18) 2 hours (time for food and present opening). Projects will be ready about 3-5 days later.

7. Canvas Bag painting- $25pp cinch or tote bags, minimum 10 (max 36) 2 hours (time for food and present opening).

9. Adult Bachelorette/Birthday Party – 2 wine glasses for $30pp (no splits). Minimum 10 (max 36) 2 hours.
10. Adult Bachelorette/Birthday Party – wood signs starting at $45pp. Minimum 10 (max 36) 2 hours.
11. Adult Bachelorette/Birthday Party – screens $40pp. Minimum 10 (max 36) 2 hours. Everyone can pick a different design, 40 designs to choose from. Choices due one week prior.
12. Baby shower or wedding shower…. painting on onsies, bibs, aprons, canvas bags.
FUNDRAISING EVENTS: The Paint Shack loves to support our community we live and paint in! All causes must be approved ahead of time by calling Cyndi 715-379-7377. You choose what to charge… $40 to paint and $15 of every person goes toward your cause or charge $45 then $20 goes to your cause! We would like you to have at least 20 painters for your fundraising event! We can accommodate 150! We will be painting on a 16×20 canvas for all fundraisers. If you are having a silent auction or raffle we love to provide our extra paintings! We can also provide certificates for our canvas classes as well.
