We love kid parties! We offer lots of kid appropriate art choices like canvas, splatter room, Squishmallow painting, paint pours, shattered art, tie dye/slime, build a buddy, and suncatchers. Choose your best fit for your party. Our kid friendly studio is located at 2524 Golf Rd Suite 2C, Eau Claire, WI 54701. We are on the second floor with an elevator to our door. We charge a 3% for a credit card charge over $200 and 4% if over the phone. We have a drop box available 24/7. 1. Join Open Paint- Perhaps you are keeping it small or just don’t have enough for the minimum of a private studio party. Birthday partiers join our open paint events all the time. You can each choose different pictures or all choose the same picture to keep your timing the same. Canvas Pricing

2. Classic Kid Canvas- (minimum of 10, max 40) We paint on the 11×14/12×12 size canvas for $25. Other sizes are available, just ask. We all will paint the same picture and participants can always choose their own colors and make it their own. Each party will be 2 hours and have time for painting, food and present opening. You can get in up to 30 minutes prior to set anything up. You can also purchase extra time by the hour, please set this up in advance.

4. Squishmallow Painting on a Canvas- (minimum of 8, max 18) We paint on the 11×14 size canvas for $35. Kids can pick from about 40 different, 5 inch Squishmallows or choose a “mystery bag”. They will paint a portrait of the chosen Squishmallow then get to take both the painting and the new Squishy home. Each party will be 2 hours and have time for painting, food and present opening. 2. We bring: easels, table plastic, water cups, paint, palettes, brushes, aprons, the painting surface, rags and the inspiration piece of art.
3. You supply: tables, chairs, access to water. Tables in a T formation is ideal. We do not suggest floor covering as it may be a trip hazard. The Paint Shack is not responsible for any injuries caused by floor coverings. The Paint Shack is not responsible if paint gets on anything it shouldn’t. Take your risk hosting it at your venue. 
4. The cost of the venue is your responsibility.

6. Painting on (Wine) Glasses- (minimum of 10, max 18) We will learn different techniques for this unique medium. Cost is $30pp for two glasses. Each participant makes two glasses, no splits. Your party will be 2 hours and have time for painting, food and present opening. You can get in up to 30 minutes prior to set anything up. You can also purchase extra time by the hour, please set this up in advance.

2. Month signs (for picture taking with the baby the first year).
3. Do a puzzle piece painting. Where several smaller canvas make up one larger one.
4. Do several smaller canvases with a theme of the nursery.

We can also travel with paint pours, splatter party, screens, call for pricing. We all will paint the same picture and participants can always choose their own colors and make it their own. {See Gallery} Each party will be 2 hours and have time for painting, food and present opening. We will need about 30-60 minutes prior to set up and about 30minutes to clean up. You can also purchase extra time by the hour, please set this up in advance.

Here is a typical checklist for a regular birthday party at your venue…   *

1. Snack or food to serve 20-30 minutes into the party (we need this for the first drying break). Cake and presents at the second drying break.
2. We bring: easels, table plastic, water cups, paint, palettes, brushes, aprons, the painting surface, rags and the inspiration piece of art.
3. You supply: tables, chairs, access to water. Tables in a T formation is ideal. We do not suggest floor covering as it may be a trip hazard. The Paint Shack is not responsible for any injuries caused by floor coverings. The Paint Shack is not responsible if paint gets on anything it shouldn’t. Take your risk hosting it at your venue. 
4. The cost of the venue is your responsibility.
5. Please have party participants ready to go at the start time and dressed appropriately, they may get paint on them or their clothes. We do provide aprons. Hair tied back is an excellent idea!

Adult Traveling Party Requirements 

• 0-15 miles from the studio (2524 Golf Rd, Eau Claire) – 12 painters
• 16-25 miles from the studio -18 painters
• 26-35 miles from the studio – 25 painters
• 36-45 miles from the studio – 35 painters
• 46-55 miles from the studio – 45 painters

 

12. Fundraising- (minimum of 20, max 150) We love to support the community we live in. Connect with us if you are doing a silent auction or basket raffle. We can donate coupons or paintings for those activities. We can also do a fundraising painting party for you at our studio or are happy to travel to you however, currently not on a Saturday. We paint on the 16×20 size canvas for $40 and $15 of every person goes toward your cause. Charge $45 and $20 goes toward your cause. Feel free to do a silent auction, raffle sales at the same time. We all will paint the same picture and participants can always choose their own colors and make it their own. {Gallery link} Each party will be 2 hours and have time for painting and snacking.
